Schaeffler India Board reappoints Harsha Kadam as MD & CEO till September 2027

Schaeffler India, the motion technology company has announced the re-appointment of Harsha Kadam as its MD & CEO by the Board, subject to the approval of Shareholders in due course.

His new term will commence on October 1, 2024, and extend through September 30, 2027, marking a pivotal phase in Schaeffler India’s journey to strengthen our position and drive growth.

Kadam is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in propelling businesses towards profitable growth. His expertise spans across various domains including sales, manufacturing, product design and development, and business excellence.

The company says he has played a pivotal role in navigating the complex and challenging business landscape, resulting in remarkable growth at Schaeffler India after joining in 2018 as president of Industrial Business. He later took up the role of MD and CEO in 2019 for an initial 5-year tenure. His re-appointment underscores the company’s commitment to maintaining consistent leadership during this phase of growth and transformation.
